Bachcha Babu Sah is an experienced software professional with a strong background in Agile Methodologies, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, .NET Framework, OOAD, Project Management, and Performance Management. He currently holds the position of Engineering Manager at VMware, where he leads a team of engineers in the development of distributed features. With over 14 years of relevant experience, Bachcha has worked his way up the ranks at VMware, starting as a Senior Software Engineer and progressing to Staff Engineer 1 before taking on his current role. Prior to joining VMware, he gained experience as a Software Engineer and Product Manager, working with technologies such as dotNET, SQL, Javascript, Search, AngularJS, Mobile, Image Processing, and CI/CD. Bachcha holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from the same institution. He also completed his secondary education at Model English High School, where he studied Maths. As an Engineering Manager, Bachcha is responsible for overseeing the development of complex software systems and ensuring that they meet the needs of the business and its customers. He is a skilled leader who is able to motivate his team and drive them towards success.
